Chocolate peanut butter ghost cookies

There are times when I really want to make something and I don't have all the ingredients. This is where I improvise. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Cookies are almost always good as long as you have the basics. I adapted this recipe from Something Swanky's Double Dark Chocolate Pudding Cookies. Her's look awesome! I wish I had everything to make them.

My kids had fun rolling the dough in powdered sugar and my husband told me that if he could get treats like this all the time, blogging was more than fine with him! Double win! Actually, triple win because the cookies taste great to me too.

New Blog Eeek!

I will probably never have time to post anything but there have been so many times lately when I have wanted to post something cool on a blog and my personal blog just wouldn't do. I am very excited to start a new blog for a couple of reasons: 1. I am starting a new degree and I want to learn how to do web design and maybe even some graphic design so I will have this as a mini-platform. 2. We are redoing so many things around the house and I can post pictures and updates here. 3. I love to cook but I am terrible at taking pictures! I can practice food photography and post pictures here. Here's to a new start :)
